GRIP HOOK
The grip hook is an element that is fixed to the wrist through a Velcro strap, leaving us in the palm of the hand a metal element where we will hook bars, dumbbells and other elements intended to be held with the hands.
The advantage of its use is that the limitation that sometimes occurs when carrying a lot of weight or performing numerous repetitions of certain exercises (for example, dominated) would disappear. The muscles of the forearm are usually fatigued indirectly when working a larger muscle group, or simply the weight we can carry in certain exercises is limited by the grip force that we can exert with our hand.
With the grip hook the work will focus on the main muscle group, exercising this element the function of keeping the weight in suspension.
