WHAT IS SUPER BCAA 4.1.1 ADVANCED?

It is a product whose main component is branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. BCAAs are 3 essential amino acids of the protein that cannot be synthesized by the body, so it is necessary to introduce them through food / supplementation. They make up between 15 and 20% of muscle amino acids. In this case, the ratio between the 3 amino acids is 4.1.1, a formula that gives greater importance to Leucine than usual in this type of products.
