Serious Mass from Optimum Nutrition is a weight gainer that provides an extra energy per very high dose, we can say that it is one of the weight gainers that has greater recognition in the market. Its function is to promote a gain in weight and muscle mass in the shortest possible time, especially in those individuals who, despite their high weight, need an extra push to reach the desired weight. It provides high doses of energy mainly from carbohydrates, such as maltodextrins that accelerate the recovery of glycogen stores and stimulate the release of insulin, contributing to the correct absorption of other nutrients.
