How is NUTRITIUM adapting to COVID-19?

NUTRITIUM works with partner logistics centres to print and ship our orders. We are communicating regularly with them for the latest updates on the situation. Our alternative logistics centre is still operating and we continue to accept orders. Handling and shipping will take longer to reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially now. Is it safe to buy online?

Both NUTRITIUM and our suppliers are taking the necessary hygienic measures to safeguard the health of our employees and customers. Shopping online is still completely safe and there is no scientific evidence that the virus can be spread through shipments.

Are the products that NUTRITIUM sells original?

Yes, the products we sell are 100% original. At NUTRITIUM, we guarantee that all the products we offer are 100% original.

Why are prices so low?

Our prices are low for two main reasons. The first is that our commercial policy is based on low prices. We like to sell at good prices and we always offer our customers low prices as a commitment to them, at the cost of a lower profit on the sale of our products. The second reason is that being an online shop, we are able to lower some products even more because we reduce the cost of sales. New technologies allow us to save on costs.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, all product prices in our online shop are tax-inclusive.

Do you sell wholesale?

No. We are a retailer and do not sell wholesale.

From the home page, go to My Account > Personal Information

How can I change my current password?

From the home page, go to My Account > Personal Information > Current Password/New Password

I would like to change the email address associated with my account, how do I do this?

On the home page, go to My Account > Personal Information > E-mail and enter the new e-mail address you want to associate with your account.

Can I add a default shipping address?

Of course you can. Just go to My Account > My Addresses and add your default shipping address.

Is it safe to pay at NUTRITIUM?

Of course! We work continuously so that you can feel completely safe when entering your payment information on NUTRITIUM. Our website uses protection and encryption technologies, which prevents anyone from accessing your payment details.
There are two elements that ensure that paying through our site is a completely secure process:

If you are nevertheless uncomfortable with the idea of paying online, you can apply to your bank for a "virtual" credit or debit card for electronic transactions or pay by bank transfer or PayPal.

Do I have to pay any taxes or customs charges when I receive my order?

Customs charges, taxes or other surcharges are included, we will never ask you for an additional credit note and you will never have to pay any customs clearance.
