Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse which we will notify you by email.
We ship the following business day (not holiday) after receipt of your order. We ship from Monday to Friday and transit times vary by country and transport agency (see table).
Important: Orders received from Monday to Friday until 11.30 a.m. could be managed the same day, after that time, it will be managed for the next day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be managed on the first available working day. Once the order is placed, it enters the process of preparing for shipment, and cannot be canceled.
Holidays in the province of Madrid should be taken into account as a holiday in the delivery time, because our logistics centers are centralized in Madrid. This term can be altered according to fortuitous incident or force majeure, being able to delay the delivery due to causes beyond the will and management of NUTRITIUM. The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any schedule preference for delivery between morning or afternoon you can indicate it in the comment of the order and the transport company will try to meet it to the extent of its possibilities of route and schedule. To guarantee the quality of our shipments, these are made by the leading courier company in the express transport sector. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Canary Islands, Islands of Portugal, Ceuta and Melilla, for shipments to the Canary Islands you can do it through our online store www.proteínacanaria.com.
PICKUP Point
The transport company will make two home delivery attempts, on two business days and different times. If you are unable to make the delivery, you can pick up the package at the PICKUP Point closest to your home. You will have 5 calendar days to go to this office and pick up the package. The customer is responsible for the veracity and correctness of his address data provided. In the event that there is an error in the delivery address (all or in part) and a second shipment or a reshipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred. Safe Place Delivery
If you select that the transport agency leave the package in the garden, door, terrace or some accessible area of your residence, you will have requested the Safe Placeoption. Please note that if you select this option, you assume a risk and lose the right to claim.
Modification of data and conditions
NUTRITIUM reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions and commercial and service conditions) at any time. Any new version of these will be previously indicated in the section "Shipping and Delivery" and "Warranty and Returns".
