Casein 100% Quamtrax® is made from milk protein isolate, a protein of slower and more progressive digestibility compared to caseinates, providing your muscles with high-quality nutrients throughout the night, since the amino acids of caseins circulate in the blood for around 7 hours. In addition, this formula is enriched with L-Glutamine from AJINOMOTO,® improving digestive permeability and optimizing product absorption.
Together with a correct diet, Casein 100% improves recovery and protein synthesis before bed and after physical exercise. The most current scientific studies have found higher rates of protein synthesis when casein is consumed together with whey protein, being a perfect conjunction for post-workout.
