Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are two types of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, as the body cannot produce them. The main sources of Omega 3 are oily fish, nuts and some oils (flax and canola); and the main sources of Omega 6 are red meat, eggs and peanut, corn, sunflower and safflower oils, among others. On the other hand, Omega 9 fatty acids are a type of non-essential monounsaturated fat (the body is able to produce it), the main ingredient of olive oil, sunflower, canola, etc.
