Caretaker® SLEEPER maintains the original idea of our 'Guardian', recover, build and take care of our muscle mass, but this time while we rest and with a formula reinforced in amino acids and extracts to enhance our rest and muscle recovery during sleep.

We maintain the 10:1:1 ratio in the 5gr of BCAAs and go up to 5gr of Kyowa Glutamine per dose, to further preserve our muscle gains and stimulate the release of growth hormone.

We add a Sleep Complex with 1.9mg of Melatonin, 499mg of GABA, 125mg of 5-HTP, 100mg of chamomile extract, 60mg of Passionflower extract, 50mg of Theanine and 30mg of Lavender extract.

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a neurotransmitter amino acid with inhibitory capacity of the central nervous system. This means that the body uses GABA to reduce the nervous activity of the brain, so it provides RELAX and CALM favoring optimal rest, Theanine enhances the effect and release of GABA. Together with Glutamine they favor the release of growth hormone during sleep.

The contribution of 5-HTP favors the appearance of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays a role in the regulation of mood, anxiety, appetite and sleep. It is known as the 'hormone of happiness', it also favors the formation of melatonin naturally that adds to the 1.9mg of the one provided in the formula.

Passionflower and Chamomile, herbal extracts that act in synergy with calming and relaxing effects favoring and inducing a restful rest.
