Caretaker® MAP is our 'Guardian' but with the most effective and complete patented formula of essential amino acids on the market. With several clinical studies showing that MAP maximizes strength, endurance and muscle gains.

Clinical studies on MAP compare the same protein synthesis of 15g MAP (1 Caretaker® MAP scoop) to 450gr of animal protein (meat / fish) but with only 50 Kcal.

They are ideal to consume after training, much better than any isolated whey shake, since they provide 99% net nitrogen retention compared to 30% on average of the best whey. With much less Kcal than the shake and with a 3 times faster absorption.
