PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sometimes slowness is better, especially when it comes to the rate of protein digestion. While rapid protein absorption is desirable immediately before and after exercise, a delayed effect is likely more beneficial for the rest of the day.

Casein proteins have a sensitive pH and are 'compatible' with the acidic environment of the stomach. As a result, this can cause casein chains to hold even longer than whey and other proteins, until they break down into amino acid subcomponents. Given its unique delayed-action qualities, casein can be described as an anti-catabolic or protective protein.

Opciones de uso: 1 - Usar como aporte proteico saciante antes del sueño: un cazo con 300 ml. de agua antes de acostarte. 2 - Completar aporte proteico del día: un cazo con 300 ml. de agua junto a comidas poco proteicas o entrecomidas. Se recomienda no pasar de 2 gr. por kilo de peso corporal de proteínas al día (suplementación + dieta) para deportes de potencia. Para deportes de resistencia se recomienda situarse en torno a los 1,4 gr. de proteinas por kilo de peso corporal al día (suplementación + dieta) siendo variable depende del periodo de entrenamiento. Las cantidades totales pueden varias en función de múltiples factores (sexo, edad, tipo e intensidad de la práctica deportivas, patologías, etc...)
