It is a Micronized Glutamine powder.

Allergens		Puede contener soja, leche, gluten, huevo, frutos de cáscara y cacahuetes.

Tomar 1-2 cacitos en ayunas, 30 minutos antes de entrenar, justo después de entrenar y antes de dormir. En caso de tomar batido de proteína de suero / caseína en alguno/s de los momentos mencionados, puedes obviar la toma de glutamina. Dosis diaria máxima recomendada: 20 gramos. (EJEMPLO: 4 tomas de 5 gramos / 2 tomas de 10 gramos / etc.)
