WHAT IS X-TRA L-CARNITINE?

It is a product that combines several ingredients for the same purpose:

- L-Carnitine, an amine synthesized from two essential amino acids (lysine and methionine). Our body is able to produce this component; However, taking L-Carnitine assures us high levels of it at the time before training, where the demand will be greater. WHAT IS IT FOR?
